Two healthcare workers in London sufferred anaphylactoid reactions after recieving the COVID-19 vaccine last week. The two workers were part of the UK’s recent mass vaccination. Both workers had a history of asthma and allergic reations and carried an adrenaline auto injector. UK’s National Medical Health Service (MHRA) issued a statement saying that “any person with a significant allergic reaction to a vaccine, medicine or food such as previous history of anaphylactoid reaction, or those who have been advised to carry an adrenaline auto injector, should not receive the Pfizer/BioNtech vaccine.”
The UK incident should serve as a warning that the COVID-19 vaccine is unsafe. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) confirms that the Pfizer/BioNTech data from their trial vaccine group showed higher adverse allergic reactions than the placebo group. The data indicates that those who suffer from asthma or allergies are at greater risk of adverse anaphylactoid reactions if they get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Government officials have failed to address underlying conditions like asthma. According to the CDC, people with moderate to severe asthma are at higher risk of getting very sick from COVID. The virus can affect the lungs, nose, throat, and respiratory tract resulting in an asthma attack; and leading to possible pneumonia and acute respiratory disease.
More than 25 million Americans suffer from asthma, many of them are black people reported Salomae Muhammad via twitter. Those with asthma must take preventative precautions such as washing hands, wearing a mask, practicing recommended social distancing of at least 6 feet apart; and avoiding crowds is a must.
The CDC recommends taking the proper medications; and maintaining at least a 30-day supply of medicine on hand. The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s book “How To Eat To Live” advises us of the importance of proper diet, eating the right foods, and avoiding foods that trigger medical conditions such as asthma.
